Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered tomorrow. Delivered to your home 6 days a week.

We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

All products listed on our website are in stock. When you add a product to your cart, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, so you have plenty of time to shop with us!
To get the products to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are automatically processed in our systems immediately after purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Delivery

Warranty on your bicycle

Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.

In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.

If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We bestelden hier 2 fietsen. Eéntje voor mijn zoontje van 10 en ééntje voor de dochter van 12 jaar. Wat een mooie, degelijke fietsen zijn dit. Prijs/kwaliteit is super en de kids zijn dolgelukkig met hun nieuwe mooie fiets! Happy happy!!!

De fiets ziet er prachtig uit en ons kind is er dolblij mee! Het ontwerp is speels en modern, precies wat we zochten voor zijn leeftijd. Hij wilde er meteen op rijden en was super enthousiast – dat zegt genoeg!

Wat wel jammer was: de fiets werd geleverd zonder voorlicht en bel, terwijl dit volgens de beschrijving erbij zou moeten zitten. Dat was een teleurstelling. Hopelijk wordt hier in de toekomst beter op gelet, want veiligheid is belangrijk – vooral bij kinderfietsen.

Verder rijdt de fiets soepel, is stevig gebouwd en perfect op maat. We zouden hem zeker aanraden aan andere ouders, maar controleer bij levering of alles compleet is.

Levering binnen 2 werkdagen. Fiets was zeer goed verpakt. Montagehandleiding via qr code op de doos en via mail. Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten en af te stellen. Een hele blije zoon:)

Vanaf de bestelling tot de bezorging top geregeld! In De vork was bij het installeren tekort! Na contact naar het filiaal in zaandam geweest en gewoon een nieuwe in elkaar gezette mee gekregen! Mijn zoon vliegt er door de straten mee! Absoluut een aanrader...en natuurlijk weet ik al waar ik mijn volgende fiets ga bestellen!
