How will my bike be delivered?

All bikes are delivered 85% assembled in a sturdy box. This means our certified mechanics thoroughly inspect every bike before handing it over to you. During this inspection, the gears and brakes are adjusted, ensuring your bike is in perfect working order.

Depending on the bike, you may still need to install the following:

  • Mounting the front wheel
  • Installing the handlebars and saddle
  • Adjusting the brakes and mounting the pedals

On which days do you deliver?

If you ordered a bike on weekdays before 5:00 PM, it will be delivered on weekdays (Monday through Saturday). You'll receive a tracking link by email so you can track your order.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You can track your order via a track and trace link sent to your email. This way, you'll know exactly when you'll receive your new purchase!

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

Did you order a bicycle? Our bicycle carrier will make two delivery attempts. If you are not home at either time, your order will be returned to us. Please contact our customer service and we will schedule a new delivery for you.

I didn't receive my order, what now?

If your order was delivered according to the Track & Trace code, you can check with your neighbors to see if they received the package. Also check the recipient's signature. Did your neighbors not receive anything? Please contact our customer service . We will then contact our carrier to find out where the order was delivered.
