We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

To get the products to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are automatically processed in our systems immediately after purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt.
How will my bike be delivered?
All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Warranty on your bicycle
Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.
In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.
If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.
If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Mijn dochter is zeer tevreden met haar nieuwe fiets. De montage was eenvoudig, hoewel de handleiding voor verbetering vatbaar is, met name in de laatste stappen. Desalniettemin is het een uitstekende fiets.

Onze dochter is zeer blij met deze fiets! De fiets is licht qua gewicht, maar wel van stevige kwaliteit. De versnellingen van Shimano zijn van goede kwaliteit, net als de scherp afgestelde handremmen. De instructies om de fiets te monteren zijn helder, en de aftersales is sowieso erg goed: informatie over de levering was uitgebreid en er kwamen meer updates via de mail dan ik gewend ben van een bedrijf. Erg fijn!

Zelfs met een stel onhandige ouders ging de montage heel erg makkelijk met behulp van de duidelijke filmpjes en handleiding.
Onze zoon met DCD vindt fietsen met 10 jaar nog heel erg spannend. Diit model fiets geeft hem een lage instap en 7 versnellingen, maar toch een stoer uiterlijk. Na de montage reedt hij er zo op weg, want het was net als de fiets bij fysiotherapie en dat gaf hem een veilig gevoel!
